We are dedicated to highlighting the finer points of food, turning meals into experiences. From our menu you can expect seasonable and sustainable, truly elevated fine-dining at elevation! Our menu changes weekly, based on the Chef’s inspiration and to highlight the best quality ingredients. Join us while we explore what authentic alpine cuisine really means.

Prepare to be delighted by our exclusive three-course dinner experiences, showcasing three exquisite options per course. As an added touch of sophistication, we invite you to savor a complimentary glass of bubbly upon your arrival for the 5:45 and 8 pm seatings.
Three-course menu: $120*

Sundays will remain a culinary adventure with our celebrated wine-paired extravaganza—an indulgent six-course journey thoughtfully paired with six exquisite wines.
Degustation menu: $200*

The beloved Après sessions are back, providing the perfect setting to explore our carefully curated wine list while relishing the flavors of our exquisite fondu. Available Thursday – Sunday from 2pm – 5pm. Bookings recommended.
Fondue Price: $60 per pot (feeds four)*
